Gift cards are the gift of choice and can be redeemed at all mall merchants who accept Discover cards. You can make purchases in multiple stores (including carts and kiosks) using the same card until it is depleted. It works just like a debit card - fast and easy!

The perfect gift
Visit the Columbia Mall, Mall Service Center, located at Econo Lodge Mall Entrance during regular mall hours. Columbia Mall Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $20 to $250.

Checking Your Balance: FAQ

  1. Visiting the Customer Service desk at the Mall. (no charge)
  2. Visiting www.bbtcardbalance.com (no charge)
  3. Calling the interactive voice response system at 1-800-798-4099.
  4. Balances can also be obtained on most merchant sales receipts after the transaction. (Available balance appears within the authorization code.)

  3. Calling the interactive voice response system at 1-800-798-4099. A fee of $0.25 per call will be deducted from the Card’s balance for the second and all subsequent phone inquiries per month.  
  4. Balances can also be obtained on most merchant sales receipts after the transaction. (Available balance appears within the authorization code.)
